Job Summary :
Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor, Pharmacy Services Call Center, the Pharmacy Call Center Technician plays a vital role in providing knowledgeable and courteous assistance to members, providers, and Pharmacy Call Center inquiries. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer inquiries effectively while ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide customer service by answering inquiries from members, providers, and pharmacy technicians.
- Assist with medication-related questions, pharmacy services, and general inquiries.
- Ensure accurate documentation of calls and responses, adhering to company guidelines.
- Resolve customer issues or direct them to appropriate departments for resolution.
- Work closely with the Pharmacy Call Center team to address and streamline common customer concerns.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with members and providers.
- Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure timely resolutions.
