Job Summary :
As a Project Manager for the Visual Aisles project, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the execution of a non-technical project within the Grocery General Management team. You will oversee resource allocation, implement operational plans, manage quality control, and drive efficiency in the photo pipeline flow (collection, processing, and publishing). This role demands strong project coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
You will report directly to a member of the Grocery General Management team, contributing to the successful launch of Visual Aisles – an initiative that allows customers to view and shop from real in-store photos of store aisles.

Project Coordination Execution :
Lead and coordinate activities of a distributed team to assign and track tasks efficiently.
Manage an ongoing pipeline of photos to collect, process, and publish to customers in a timely manner.
Oversee auditing processes to ensure the publications meet high-quality standards, including conducting and approving audits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on deadlines and deliverables.
Secondary Responsibilities :
Process Improvement :
Develop, refine, and implement playbooks for photo collection, processing, and publishing workflows.
Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement, collaborating with operators to implement changes that drive operational excellence.
Required Skills Qualifications :
Experience :
2 years of project management experience, preferably with a retail operations background (e.g., store supervisor, e-commerce catalog owner, event coordinator).
Experience managing teams, coordinating tasks, and overseeing operational processes.
Knowledge Skills :
Project Management : Ability to coordinate an ongoing intake of activities, ensure deadlines are met, and drive outcomes.
Operational Oversight : Ability to keep teams and individuals on track and accountable to desired results.
Auditing Quality Control : Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy and quality standards.
Process Improvement : Comfortable identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
Technical Proficiency :
Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel with the ability to manage datasets, use formulas, and summarize data with pivot tables.
Comfortable with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) to organize and track work.
Basic SQL knowledge (or willingness to learn).
Photo Editing : Proficiency in basic photo editing (cropping, adjusting contrast, etc.) to ensure visual consistency and quality.

Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
