Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing accurate information about hotel services and amenities.
- Handle reservations via phone systems, email, or in-person with attention to detail.
- Maintain guest records and ensure all information is up-to-date in the hotel management system.
- Address guest complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolution.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay.
- Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or customer service is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and reservation systems is advantageous.
