What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Embarcadero Resort & Marina?
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks and services throughout assigned property.
· Stock cleaning cart with guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen. Use cleaning cart to transport supplies to each room assigned.
· Clean and disinfects bathrooms.
· Clean and disinfects bedroom and sitting areas.
· Wipe and dust all surfaces in rooms and clean mirrors.
· Vacuum and clean floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes.
· Remove dirty linens, towels, bedspreads, and blankets.
· Places and neatly tucks clean bedspreads, sheets and blankets on beds and replaces pillowcases.
· Stocks towels, washcloths, and hand towels in bathrooms.
· Picks up and empty trash containers.
· Loads washers and dryers and folds sheets and towels in laundry room as needed.
· Notifies maintenance if something is not working properly.
· Assist guests when necessary.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
