Salary:

$70,000 - $75,000 a year - Associates (MSW, AMFT, APC) (DOE)

$75,000 - $85,000 a year - Fully Licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) (DOE)

Location: 7373 N Scottsdale Rd Suite D 120, Scottsdale, AZ 85253 (On-site.)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, 10:30 am - 7 pm (2 nights per week) Flexible schedule 

(40 hours a week) 

We are looking for a skilled therapist ready to create joy and heal generations! Embark Behavioral Health's IOP/PHP program in Scottsdale, AZ is expanding, and we want you on our team!

We utilize the CASA Developmental Framework to guide our treatment, promoting developmentally healing and strengthening mental and physical health through commitment, acceptance, security, and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaborative team efforts through regular meetings and supervision while maintaining open communication with families, providing coaching and support throughout the treatment process.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans through family, group, and individual therapy sessions, adjusting approaches as needed to ensure optimal client outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with state regulations regarding confidentiality, reporting requirements, and interactions with government agencies.
• Oversee program completion metrics, develop thorough discharge plans, and review these plans with clients and their families while meeting established treatment standards.
• Monitor and contribute to program effectiveness through outcomes testing and quality standards implementation, demonstrating adaptability and a results-driven approach.
• Guide and support the Service Project program, integrating project planning and discussion across all therapy modalities to enhance client engagement and growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Provisional Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Psychologist, Provisional Licensed Social Worker, Provisional License Professional  Counselor, or equivalent
• Fully licensed in State of Arizona.
• Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences - Social Work (MSW,) Clinical Social Work (CSW,) , Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or a related discipline.
• Preferred: High-acuity experience (IOP/PHP, Residential, Psychiatric Hospital, Crisis Stabilization) with relational, experiential, and evidence based systemic techniques.
• Preferred: 1 - 2 years of working experience as an adolescent therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Proficiency in incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.
