Licensed Therapist – Adolescent & Young Adult Mental Health
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 a year

As an Associate Mental Health Therapist, you’ll collaborate with your team to discuss client progress and strategies, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions at our short-term residential home. You will utilize relational and systemic modalities, along with experiential therapy, to create a holistic approach that supports clients in processing emotions, strengthening relationships, and developing effective coping strategies. End each day by documenting progress and planning for the next day, knowing you've made a meaningful impact.

- Manageable caseloads to establish good rapport with clients
- Ensure compliance with treatment standards through required notes and MTP
- Meet program goals through outcomes testing and standards
- Oversee program completion and discharge requirements for all students
- Conduct case management, including treatment care planning, discharge planning, and aftercare planning
- Coach clients on community reintegration
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy
- Collaborate with an experienced clinical team for best client outcomes
- Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences is required
- Social Work or Professional Counselor license required. (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Min of 1 year of experience in an outpatient (IOP/Partial Care) setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
- A genuine passion for counseling teens and young adults.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practices.
- Proficiency in incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.
