Night Watch Mentor
Hourly Pay Rate: $16.50 to $17.50 per hour

Shifts: 4 hour shifts available from 11:00pm - 3:00am and 3:00am - 8:00am
Work Schedule: Part-time employees are required to work 2-3 shifts a week (11:00pm - 3:00am and/or 3:00am - 8:00am), with flexibility to pick up additional shifts to support the team.
Responsibilities
Safety and Well-being: Ensure the safety and well-being of students during traditional sleeping hours, staying awake and alert throughout the entire shift.
Bed Checks: Conduct bed checks every 15 minutes to monitor student safety and address any immediate needs or concerns.
Student Assistance: Assist students who may be ill or experiencing difficulties, providing necessary support and care.
Observation and Documentation: Observe and accurately document student behavior, contributing to their care and overall progress.
Daily Assignments: Complete daily assignments during each shift, ensuring that all responsibilities are met effectively.
Specialized Tasks: Take on specialized assignments from the Supervisor as required to support the team and students.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Day Staff to ensure seamless transitions between shifts, maintaining a cohesive and supportive environment for our students.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 21 years old or older
- Current driver's license and a good driving record
- Ability to pass a Utah State background check
- Must be female
