We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant/Qualified Medication Administration Personnel to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to nursing staff.
- Provide basic life support when necessary and assist in emergency situations.
- Document patient care activities accurately and maintain medical records as required.
- Support patients with mobility needs, including transferring them safely between beds and wheelchairs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient areas to promote a safe environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Engage with patients and their families, providing emotional support and education about care plans.
Skills
- Strong caregiving skills with experience in working with individuals with disabilities.
- Knowledge of emergency medicine protocols and procedures.
- Familiarity with pediatrics and the unique needs of younger patients is a plus.
- Proficient in basic life support techniques and certification preferred.
- Experience in medical documentation practices within a healthcare setting.
- Understanding of hospital medicine principles, particularly in a Level I Trauma Center environment.
- Ability to work effectively in medical unit while providing exceptional patient care.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
