Job Summary:
The Inventory Coordinator will oversee all aspects of inventory management within the ExhibitForce system, ensuring accurate, up-to-date, and efficient inventory tracking. This role involves monitoring outstanding orders, coordinating with the logistics team, and generating inventory reports for the account management team. The Inventory Coordinator will ensure the smooth handling and tracking of inventory both in the office and warehouse environments.

Responsibilities:
- Regularly update the production schedule by removing items once checked in.
- Perform ExhibitForce (EF) check-ins to maintain accurate tracking of all inventory.
- Enter all receiving sheets into EF to ensure records are current and precise.
- Monitor JotForms to oversee new inventory arriving for the fulfillment team.
- Track EF orders 2–4 days after event completion to account for all items.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain and update receiving sheets for inbound and outbound inventory.
- Oversee inventory log sheets, including overflow sheets, for effective stock movement tracking.
- Record and address common issues or special instructions related to inventory handling.
- Generate quarterly inventory reports for the account management team.
- Assist the Fulfillment and Account Management teams in reconciling damaged items.
- Partner with the Fulfillment Manager to conduct routine audits and identify inventory discrepancies.
- Step in as needed to perform inventory cycle counts.
Work Environment:
- 75% office-based tasks, including data entry, coordination, and communication.
- 25% warehouse-based activities, including inventory checks and collaboration with the fulfillment team. This position is 100% in person.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in inventory management or a related role.
- Familiarity with ExhibitForce or similar inventory management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, Teams, and Photoshop.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working on rolling staircases and performing tasks at elevated heights.
