Position Overview:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with Research & Development Intern to support the Operations Team and contribute to content creation, internal documentation, and research projects. This position provides a hands-on opportunity to learn about operations and safety protocols in the janitorial and facilities management industry while contributing creative and strategic ideas to our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to the Operations Team, including scheduling, task management, and document preparation
· Create demo videos on topics like mopping, waxing, pollen removal, and custodial best practices
· Develop and organize monthly educational content for custodians, improving internal communication and training
· Take job site pictures for visual documentation and training resources
· Contribute to the Janitorial Operations & Maintenance Manual (O&M), ensuring clear and up-to-date information
· Research and recommend tech tools that can enhance operational efficiency or improve employee wellness (e.g., safety apps, communication platforms)
· Assist with podcast production focused on topics like e-safety, wellness, and janitorial best practices
· Design and launch employee engagement surveys using tools like SurveyMonkey to assess team satisfaction and feedback
