A Personal Banker encompasses many of the Teller/Platform responsibilities you find elsewhere such as cash handling, customer service, new accounts, consumer lending, and more. We are looking for individuals with a strong multi-tasking aptitude, and positive people-person social skills to form lasting relationships with your customers in our unique sit-down approach to banking. We feel this take on banking allows all parties to comfortably get to know each other. Since we strive to empower our team not only with point-of-sale decisions but also with their careers, there is opportunity for growth within the position, as well as with our growing organization.
Since this is a floating position, you must be able to work at any of our 10 Lehigh Valley locations. Mileage from your assigned office to other branches is paid.

Pay starts at $19/hr and increases based on experience.
