What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee and manage the nursing department to ensure exceptional care for our residents.
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to create a positive, collaborative team environment.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Work closely with leadership to develop and implement patient care strategies that improve quality and outcomes.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resources to optimize the department’s efficiency and effectiveness.
- Current RN license with significant experience in nursing management, preferably in long-term care.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor nursing staff.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement practices.
