Job Description

As an LPN at Shady Lawn, you will:

• Deliver Quality Care: Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
• Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor Resident Health: Observe residents for changes in health status, document findings, and report concerns to the Registered Nurse or physician.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work alongside RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare staff to ensure residents receive the best possible care.
• Support Residents: Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families.
• Maintain Compliance: Follow all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures to uphold a safe and professional environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
