As a Registered Nurse at Shady Lawn, you will:
- Provide Patient Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, including assessments, treatments, and administering medications.
- Develop Care Plans: Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Monitor and Evaluate: Regularly assess residents’ health, document changes, and report concerns to appropriate team members.
