Oversee daily operations of the unit, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Monitor resident health and ensure timely interventions.
Qualifications
LPN or RN License – Active & in good standing.
Leadership Or Supervisory Experience In Long-term Care Preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
