The Housekeeping & Laundry Supervisor will assist in overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping and laundry departments, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are consistently met. You will manage a team of housekeepers and laundry staff, monitor cleanliness and service quality, and ensure efficient laundry operations. This role includes managing inventory, staff training, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping and laundry staff, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring all areas meet luxury standards.
Inspect rooms and public areas regularly to ensure cleanliness, quality, and adherence to established protocols.
Train and mentor staff on cleaning procedures, guest service standards, and safety protocols to maintain consistency and quality.
Implement cleaning and laundry schedules, monitoring task completion and ensuring prompt, high-quality results.
