As a team member of this new hotel, you will have the extraordinary opportunity to shape the guest experience from the ground up. This flagship hotel features a modern design, 188 spacious suites, amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, over 7,500 square feet of meeting and event space and a 2,500 square foot rooftop restaurant and bar and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The hotel is located at 192 Haywood Street, Asheville, NC 28801.
The Role :
As a Housekeeping Supervisor / Inspector , you're not just cleaning – you're ensuring that our guests experience the utmost comfort and cleanliness during their stay.
What You'll Do :
- As a leader, you will motivate the housekeeping team and set a standard of excellence in cleanliness and efficiency by working alongside your team.
- Conduct inspections to ensure that guest rooms and public areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments and special requests.
- Train and develop housekeeping staff to maintain consistent quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of room inventory and cleaning schedules.
- Address guest concerns and resolve any issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Assist with inspecting guest rooms to ensure they are cleaned to hotel and company standards and welcoming for guests.
