Responsibilities:
- Answer customer phone calls and questions in person or via phone.
- Check in and check out guests.
- Be available to answer the lobby telephone during shift.
- Assist with customer service issues.
- Assist with special event coordination and execution.
- Assist with answering basic questions of guests and other callers including, but not limited to directions, hours of operation, reservations, cancellations, and lost and found items.
- Greet guests by calling their name or by using a bell.
REQUIREMENTS:
- OnQ experience
- Great customer service skills
- Positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 per hour
