We are looking for a dynamic Guest Services Supervisor to oversee and lead the front desk team at Embassy Suites Austin Central. Hourly Wage is up to $21 per hour.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works with the hotel Front Office Manager to achieve and exceed guest satisfaction scores in all areas of the hotel.
- On-Q experience a Plus.
- Responsible for satisfaction scores for the front desk operations. Addresses any deficiencies in the area immediately.
- Works with Front Office Manager to develop action plans as necessary to achieve expected guest satisfaction scores.
- Oversee Stay Score read and respond to ensure timely response to guest reviews.
- Oversee all Guest Assistance Cases and close accordingly.
- Assist team with achieving Hilton honors enrollment targets monthly/ yearly.
- Effectively trains guest service agents on proper front desk procedures.
- Assist with the preparation of weekly schedules for front office staff.
- Address performance deficiencies of front office staff through coaching and counseling.
- Assist with performance evaluations for front office staff timely.
- Ensures guest service agents are in compliance with clean, neat uniforms and name badges.
- Ensure team has taken all required training per Hilton University and Corporate by deadlines set forth.
- Required reports are timely and of a quality that can be shared with corporate.
- Rates are accurate and monitored daily.
- Is proficient at managing inventory in the property management system.
- Frequently meets with and reviews work generated by the night auditor.
- Oversees the purchasing of all front desk product. Key cards / Honors Bags / Gift Shop etc...
- Maintains regular attendance and is consistently on time.
- Maintains high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include compliance with the dress code.
Performs any other duties as requested by management team.
