Job Description:
- Safely operate a shuttle bus or van to transport passengers to and from designated locations
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, disembarking, and luggage handling
- Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle at all times
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
- Communicate effectively with passengers and respond to inquiries or concerns in a professional manner
- Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely transportation of passengers
Shifts:
Saturday/ Sunday: 4am-12pm & 8pm-2am
Mon-Fri: 8pm-2am
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a bus driver, motor coach operator, paratransit driver, or van driver is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with passengers in a friendly and professional manner
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of mechanical operations and basic maintenance of vehicles is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
