What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years' experience as a Hotel General Manager in a 200 room property with $20M or greater in revenue.
• Experience managing a full-scale renovation.
• Passion for building engaging service cultures, mentoring and developing high performing teams.
• Leverage strong operational expertise while refining financial strategy, budgeting, and cost management to optimize profitability and revenue performance.
• Ability to build and maintain successful ownership relationships and community partnerships.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Local market experience.
• Commitment to represent the hotel in local hospitality associations and local business networks to drive partnerships and community impact.
