Breakfast Attendant and Prep

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate person to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. This role is essential in prepping and/or serving breakfast while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. The employee will contribute to our commitment to exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality and presentation.
• Greet, serve, bus guest tables
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service periods.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
• Provide support to dietary aides and other staff as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or food service environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
