Immediate Supervisor Food and Beverage Manager
SUMMARY: Accommodate guests of the bar/facility by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned by a manager or supervisor as needed.
· Respond to guests immediately upon entering the restaurant area, 10-4 Rule should be maintained at all times.
· Explain how various cocktails are prepared, describing ingredients and presentation methods.
· Inform guests of any drink specials and/or seasonal beverages.
· Check guest ID to ensure he or she is of legal drinking age.
· Monitor alcohol consumption in order to maintain guest safety.
· Utilize suggestive selling skills and company sales programs to maximize revenue.
· Respond to guests in a timely manner, ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with the service.
· Report and document any specific requests to your immediate supervisor.

Pay: From $8.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 24 per week
