We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in hotel sales and a proven ability to develop client relationships, drive revenue, and achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, solicit, and secure group and business transient sales to maximize revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through strategic prospecting, networking, and site visits.
- Utilize Salesforce and Delphi to manage leads, track bookings, and generate performance reports.
- Collaborate with revenue management and operations teams to optimize business opportunities and ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales goals and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience
- Minimum of two years of hotel sales experience.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Delphi for sales tracking and reporting.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Hilton brand experience.
- Familiarity with PEP (Hilton’s Performance Evaluation Program).
- Knowledge of the Raleigh market and surrounding areas.
