Bartender/Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, particularly in nightlife settings such as nightclubs and fine dining establishments. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests through excellent service, innovative drink preparation, and effective time management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.
• Manage cash handling procedures accurately, including processing payments through cash registers or POS systems.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction with their experience.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management for timely replenishment.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations while serving drinks and handling food items.
• Assist in catering events as needed, providing excellent hospitality to guests in various settings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender in the food industry, preferably in nightclub or fine dining environments.
• Strong cash handling skills with experience using cash registers or point-of-sale systems.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and current beverage trends is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage effectively with guests.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the establishment's schedule.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
