What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Breakfast Cook (Omelette Station) position at Embassy Suites Hunt Valley?
As a Breakfast Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high quality food and deliver excellent Guest experience during our complimentary Breakfast hours. A Cook will also be required to prepare all mise-en-place and contribute to food and beverage operations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Prepare and present high quality dishes within service and safety guidelines
Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination
Prepare all mise-en-place for all relevant menus
Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation
Support the Executive Chef with any additional kitchen tasks and duties
Ensure exceptional customer experiences
Must be able to work both weekends and holidays.
Breakfast shift begins at 5:00AM on week days and 6:00AM on weekends.
