Now Hiring: Breakfast Attendant
Location: Embassy Suites Jonesboro Red Wolf Convention Center, Jonesboro, AR
Essential Responsibilities:
- Set up and disassemble the breakfast buffet, keeping it well-stocked during service.
- Prep breakfast items as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized breakfast/lobby area.
- Provide superior guest service, fulfilling requests and anticipating needs.
- Clear tables and clean/sanitize work areas, including countertops, utensils, equipment, and floors.
- Conduct inventory of food items, stock supplies, and assist with product storage.
- Follow state, county, and company health and safety regulations.
- Report for scheduled shifts on time and in uniform.
- Embrace the O’Reach, Green Team, Guest Service, Team Member Satisfaction, Health & Wellness, and Safety culture.
- Perform additional duties as required or requested.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong leadership, management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to efficiently spot and resolve problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well with various personality types, multitask, and maintain tact and diplomacy.
- Maintain a positive reputation within the community.
Hours:
5am- -1pm
- Scheduling may vary and include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Light Work: Exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently. Requires significant walking or standing.
- May occasionally lift in excess of 40 pounds.
Physical Activity:
- Activities include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, and repetitive motion.
Environmental Conditions:
- Primarily inside with protection from weather but not necessarily temperature changes.
