Your Role:
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will:
- Open and close the housekeeping department, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Prepare room assignment reports for room attendants and assign tasks to housemen.
- Lead and support the housekeeping team, fostering a positive and productive environment.
- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Maintain constant communication with the maintenance team to address and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage inventory and ensure all staff have the tools needed to excel in their roles.
- Record and secure lost-and-found items, as well as maintain departmental cleaning logs.
- Handle guest interactions with professionalism and service excellence.
- Assist in training new team members and reinforcing brand standards.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking candidates who:
- Have at least two years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory or leadership role.
- Possess strong communication and organizational skills.
- Exhibit reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Are flexible and willing to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic PC knowledge, including Windows systems.
- Familiarity with property management systems (training provided).
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift or push up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift.
