Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage phone inquiries and reservations using hotel phone systems.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Support night audit processes as required to ensure financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or guest services roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest relations.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and hospitality management principles is preferred.
