YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR SALES COORDINATOR
Most shifts are Monday through Friday. Some nights and weekends may be needed to accommodate business needs.
As a Sales Coordinator at our hotel, you play a key role in elevating the success of our sales department. You address our clients' inquiries and deliver outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting positive impression. Your upbeat attitude shines through as you handle client concerns with efficiency and a solutions-oriented approach.
You also take charge of collecting prepayments and ensuring swift payment processing, proactively managing cutoff dates for a seamless reservation experience. From managing rooming lists to ensuring accurate guest accommodations, your commitment to excellence is evident in every detail.
Beyond that, you skillfully handle billing groups, maintaining a meticulous record of financial information to streamline and enhance our billing procedures. Your enthusiasm for this role is contagious, and you consistently contribute to the growth and potential of our entire hotel staff!
REQUIREMENTS
- Hotel desk agent experience is a must!
