This role is for D Shift 6:30pm - 6:30am
- Duties include coverage of operations from Packaging to Setup Operator.
- Routinely may be asked to cover higher graded jobs.
- Earn and maintain certification on all operations within one (1) year of beginning this job.
- Obey all company policies, standards and rules, including but not limited to:
- Safety policies and rules (including lockout procedures);
- Quality policies and rules
- Regularly shift from performing one job to performing another job.
- Understand and complete all required paperwork for every job performed in a timely fashion.
- Prioritize activities using sound business decision-making skills.
- Cover other associate’s absences as requested/assigned.
- Certified in and perform SAP/OEE transactions.
- Perform inspections and file paperwork.
- Sustain a productive work environment through effective communication with team members.
- Must maintain regular, punctual attendance.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Proficient reading, writing & speaking English.
- Basic computer keyboard & navigational skills including Microsoft Office.
- Production experience with automatic assembly equipment preferred.
- Inspection experience preferred.
- Decision making & problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail,
- Good verbal & written communication skills,
- Must be self-motivated.
- Good planning, prioritization & organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills (ability to work in a team-based environment)
- Practices continuous and personal development and applies knowledge or skill to work situations.
- Must be able to be certified on all department operations within 1 year.
