We are looking for a motivated and fully bilingual Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide on-site software and hardware installation, testing, and repair of our cutting-edge products. This position requires U.S. citizenship due to extensive travel across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and South America.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform on-site installation, testing, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Train customers on product operation and maintenance.
- Resolve complex technical problems and escalate issues to engineering or sales when necessary.
- Support R&D by conducting beta testing, verifying new product functions, and documenting results.
- Collaborate with sales and service managers to develop and deliver training materials for representatives, distributors, and customers.
- Assist with creating and editing training and marketing documentation.
- Provide technical support to sales representatives as needed
