We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile.

Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including the coffee station, equipment, and dining areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently using the POS system, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Assist in food preparation and service, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and ingredients, notifying management when restocking is needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Qualifications

- Coffee experience welcome, but not required
- Previous experience in food preparation or food service is beneficial but not required.
