Senior Producer

We’re looking for collaborative team members who share our passion for storytelling and are eager to help us shape the future of Ember Lab.
As a Senior Producer, you will help bring games to life from prototype through production for a completely new world at Ember Lab. You will manage and coordinate teams, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure projects are running on time and with the right people involved.
Description
- Work effectively across teams to build consensus and ensure on time shipment
- Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps
- Manage dependencies and development process with internal and external contributors
- Communicate frequently and effectively with key collaborators on project status, risks, and opportunities
- Create structures to ensure cross-department visibility is clear and dependencies are properly tracked
- Ensure the impact of scope changes is understood, and the ramifications are clearly communicated
- Drive the development and refinement of our shared production processes to increase studio efficiency and quality
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in project management
- Experience facilitating outside vendors, client relations, and publisher relations
- Experience managing a team and budget through a minimum of one full cycle of video game development (AA or AAA)
- Proven experience in a production role where you've supported cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of sophisticated projects
- Expertise in common Production methodologies as well as software (Jira, Trello, Excel, or similar)
Nice to Have
- Unreal Engine 4 or 5 exposure
- Strong understanding of game design principles
