As a Sales Executive in Southern Utah, you will work with qualified buyers, guiding them from mid-funnel engagement to closing. This role involves offering in-person property tours, conducting virtual meetings, managing the sales process, and maintaining strong communication with potential buyers. As the highest-level sales position in our organization, this role requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative, goal-oriented mindset.
- Work directly with potential buyers to educate them on Ember’s co-ownership model and convert leads into co-owners.
- Coordinate in-person or virtual tours of Ember properties within your market.
- Engage with customers via phone, Zoom, email, and text to provide a seamless buying experience.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Ember co-ownership model, property inventory, and key attractions in your market.
- Develop and nurture relationships with local real estate professionals and community members.
- Deliver a world-class customer experience throughout the entire sales process.
- Collaborate daily with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to manage leads and maintain pipeline hygiene.
- Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue goals, and report on these metrics in team meetings.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of organization and pipeline management within our CRM system.
- Attend weekly team meetings to report on progress, market insights, and provide feedback to support teams.
Qualifications:- 5 years of sales or real estate sales experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across various personality types.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
- An "ownership mindset" with a drive to find success in every challenge.
- Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Highly organized and process-driven, with a focus on efficiency and goal achievement.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a strong sense of doing things the right way.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to quickly build trust with potential buyers.

Preferred:
- Previous B2C sales or real estate experience (preferred but not required).
