What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2nd Shift On-Call Coordinator position at EMBERHOPE CONNECTIONS, LLC?
To be a successful On-Call Coordinator you must become able to do the following always:
- Ensure a trauma informed focus on creating a safe and supportive environment for staff and those served through knowledge, sensitivity, respect, and a focus on resilience and recovery.
- Provide quality customer service to all internal and external customers (via phone calls, e-mail, etc.).
- Provide on-call crisis response during designated shifts, on-call may respond to crisis by phone but may also require in-person assistance including transporting clients.
- Participate and complete Trauma Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) and trauma informed training to stay current on assisting caregivers with high needs children or behaviors of concern.
- Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to the Company’s Program Practice Guidelines.

To qualify for this job, you need to have:
- High School Diploma/GED Required. Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field preferred.
- License with the KS BSRB preferred.
- Prior work experience in customer service and child welfare services preferred.
- Ability to travel, drive company or personal vehicle including at night.
- Ability to do occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and walk upstairs.
- 21 years of age. Must pass a background check, fingerprinting, and physical and drug screening.
- Maintain company-required training.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends. Employee subject to outside environmental conditions occasionally, inside conditions frequently, with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change.
