1. Ensure a trauma informed focus on creating a safe and supportive environment for staff and those served through knowledge, sensitivity, respect, and a focus on resilience and recovery.
2. Provide direct supervision and support of supervisees utilizing the Company model for supervision, Supervision for Success.
3. Responsible to ensure that all children and families have initial assessments completed.
4. Ensures coordination and partnership with the KEEP Clinic.
5. Collaborate with external and internal providers to create and implement individualized/wrap-around plans of care for clients who have special needs to reduce hospitalization and other restrictive levels of care.
6. Ensure that crisis/discharge plans are completed to achieve hospital discharge and permanency goals.
7. Ensure open communication occurs with Medicaid Manage Care Companies and external stakeholders.
8. Ensure assessments are completed for youth involved with trafficking.
9. Oversee parent peer support services.
10. Responsible for ensuring the proper documentation of services is provided. Responsible for providing monthly reports to the Director of Clinical Services regarding the performance of each team toward identified goals and outcomes.
11. Responsible for facilitating, achieving and report on program outcomes.
12. Company Policy and Procedure and operates according to the Company’s Program Practice Guidelines.
How you will spend your time in this job:
- 60% Clinical Service Program Management
- 25% Supervision
- 15% Administrative Duties
To qualify for this job, you need to have:
1. Bachelor’s degree in social work or related degree, master’s degree preferred.
2. License – BSRB license required.
3. Work Experience – Three years’ experience working in child welfare, residential or related field. Strong organization and time-management skills. Two to three years of successful supervisory experience.
4. 21 years of age. Must pass a background check, fingerprinting, and physical and drug screening.
5. Maintain company-required training.
6. Ability to travel throughout the state.
7. Physical work conditions - Subject to inside conditions frequently, with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change.
