3rd Shift Part-Time (Saturday & Sunday) Only
To be a successful Success Coach you must become able to do the following always:
- Helps youth self-manage their behavior by using SCM (Safe Crisis Management) without the need for the use of emergency safety interventions, by using an approach focused on resiliency and recovery.
- Monitor and document client arrival and departure. Ensure safe, age-appropriate learning and activities for clients. Communicate with Permanency Services Teams to coordinate medication administration and pick-up. Assist in monitoring the transportation department.
- Maintain client medication and attendance logs and safety sheets monthly for a report.
- Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to the Company’s Program Practice Guidelines.

- 20% Paperwork and Reporting
- 10% Participation in supervision, agency-wide and staff meetings
