What are the responsibilities and job description for the Functional Family Therapy Manager position at EmberHope?
To be a successful FFT Manager you must become able to do the following always:
- Ensure a trauma informed focus on creating a safe and supportive environment for staff and those served through knowledge, sensitivity, respect, and a focus on resilience and recovery.
- Oversee the Functional Family Therapy programs ensuring that standards of the agency, FFT LLC, funding requirements and governing regulations are met.
- Provide direct supervision and evaluation of FFT staff, ensuring program requirements, model fidelity, therapy, and timely documentation are achieved.
- Gather the needed data for monthly and quarterly reports.
- Provide in-home family therapy to meet the varied needs of the clients, while adhering to the FFT model.
- Complete and maintain records for assigned clients.
- Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to the Employee Handbook and Department Guides.
- Achieves FFT goals and outcomes.
