To be a successful Maintenance Technician you must become able to do the following always:
1. Ensure Maintenance building and supplies are in order.
2. Oversee landscaping of the campus.
3. Complete property management tasks with tenants on campus.
4. Serve as back-up to other company facilities when their maintenance technician is unavailable and be on-call for emergencies.
5. Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to the Company’s Program Practice Guidelines.
