To be a successful Campus RN you must you must be willing and become able to do the following always:
- Monitor PRTF clients who are part of an emergency safety intervention to ensure they are safe and healthy both during and after the intervention.
- Perform and document health assessments, assist with medication passes and monitor and document health and vital signs of clients using a trauma informed approach focused on resilience and recovery.
- Provide consultation to staff regarding emergency and non-emergency medical and medication needs.
- Conduct health education groups for clients.
- Assist Campus Nurse in overseeing the medication program.
- Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to the Employee Handbook and Residential Nursing Guide.
- Meet medication error goal for the campus.

- 60% Client Health Education and Monitoring
- 10% Medication Administration
- 10% Restraint and Seclusion Monitoring
- 10% Documentation
- 5% Participation in supervision, committees, and staff meetings
- 5% On call rotation
