JOB SUMMARY: Front Desk/Administrative Assistant
The Front Desk/Administrative Assistant will support the daily operations of the EMT office team by answering and directing customer phone calls, providing administrative support to the staff, and providing professional and courteous customer support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Answering and directing incoming phone calls
· Assisting customers with general inquiries
· Perform routine filing of paperwork, document management and other administrative tasks
· Provide back-up support to the Sales Assistant in processing sample requests and providing order follow-up
· Perform other miscellaneous tasks as directed by the President
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
· A team-player with a positive attitude
· Professional phone and in-person etiquette
· Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
· Exhibit strong organizational skills
· Previous experience with multi-line phones in an office environment
· Proficient with Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
