Embold Health strategically partners with organizations that enhance healthcare navigation and care coordination, specialty care platforms, healthcare information technology, modern health plans and TPAs to enable high-quality, data-driven care decisions.
The Strategic Partnerships Account Executive will take a leadership role in expanding the strategic partnership division. This person’s primary responsibility will be managing and growing relationships with existing clients and deepening engagement to maximize value for both Embold and our portfolio of strategic partners. The ideal candidate will have a growth-oriented mindset, leveraging strategic account management and business development skills to drive increased client adoption through our partners, collaborate with partners to strengthen our go-to-market strategy, broaden the use cases for Embold beyond scope, and enhance brand awareness. They will focus on deepening existing partnerships while optimizing partner relationships and processes to drive continued growth through strategic collaboration. As a senior position, this role holds significant responsibility and influence in helping Embold advance its mission to transform healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management & Growth: Act as the primary relationship manager for key strategic partners, ensuring our solutions effectively meet end-customer needs while driving sales execution in collaboration with Embold and our partner’s sales and account management teams. This role is responsible for developing and refining processes to maximize growth and success through strategic partnerships.
  • Strategic Leadership: Understand internal and external strategic opportunities and risks facing strategic partners. Devise creative solutions to address their most pressing challenges by engaging key stakeholders and staying informed about market dynamics.
  • Relationship Management: Foster continuous engagement with stakeholders at every level, including decision-makers, thought leaders, and influencers, to maintain a strong understanding of organizational dynamics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, client success, marketing, product, and legal, to ensure alignment and support for health plan initiatives.
  • Reporting: Track and report on account performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership on progress and areas for improvement. Manage the HubSpot pipeline for partnership opportunities, timelines, and relevant fields. ABR/QBR reporting.
  • Professional Development: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Availability to travel up to 25%
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in account management.
  • In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to continually develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.

What Embold Health Offers
  • Base Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year, dependent upon experience and skills.
  • Performance Bonus (up to 40% of earnings) based on contributions to growth for the Strategic Partnerships division. Compensation structure and opportunities will expand as the division and role grows.
