Construction Administration Specialist - Architecture
Reports To: CEO and Director of Architecture & Operations
This role calls for equal parts technical precision and people savvy: someone who can maintain design integrity, anticipate conflicts, resolve issues with confidence, and represent Emboss with clarity and professionalism.
Responsibilities include leading or attending site meetings, producing clear field reports, reviewing and responding to RFIs and submittals, reviewing change orders and pay applications, identifying and resolving field issues, and documenting lessons learned.
The Construction Administration Specialist will mentor emerging architects in how to show up on job sites with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.
The ideal candidate has 8 years of experience in architecture, construction administration, or construction management, a strong working knowledge of building systems, codes, AIA contract documents, and specifications, and is familiar with project management platforms such as Procore.
