Your Role:
As our Construction Administration Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.
You'll act as the primary point of contact for our clients, GCs, and consultants, providing expert guidance and support throughout the construction process.
Your Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in architecture, construction administration, or construction management.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of building systems, codes, AIA contract documents, and specifications.
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Procore.
- Licensure (or pursuit of licensure) is welcomed but not required.
