Job Responsibilities:
We are currently looking for a full-time director qualified teacher, to work in a classroom and assist with opening and closing the center. Work alongside other career-minded early childhood professionals educating our youngest learners. We believe the first five years of childhood are the most important in development and learning thus children have the right to be recognized as constructors of their own experiences. Our preschool and pre-kindergarten curriculum are designed to help children reach their fullest potential while enjoying themselves in a warm, friendly atmosphere.

Requirements/Qualifications:
- 60 college credits of which 21 are specifically in ECE and at least 3 in leadership
- Gateways director credentials
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or similar disciplines; or Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or working towards this.
- Minimum 2 years in a management position.
- CPR/First Aid Certified.
- Minimum 2 years of childcare/teaching experience required
- Ability to create a positive work culture and support teachers in their development
