Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Customer Success Manager role at Embrava in Hudson Yards NYC. The CSM will be responsible for ensuring customers are well supported on a day-to-day basis, building on-going trusted relationships, renewing contracts, driving account growth and providing exceptional customer service overall.
Qualifications
- 5 Years as a Customer Success Manager / Account Management
- Customer Retention and Relationship Building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with SaaS sales is a plus
- Experience in the tech industry is a plus
