The program care coordinator is responsible supporting the program care manager in the day-to-day operations and staffing of the facility. The program care coordinator will provide supports to client support specialists and client program specialists. This position supports client program specialists in working with clients to address criminogenic needs through individualized case planning based upon evidence-based practices, and supports client support specialists in security functions and scheduling. The program care coordinator assists the manager in the implementation of effective programs and services. The program care coordinator maintains knowledge of all Embrave policies, procedures, applicable regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Education/ Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or a related field required. Successful and relevant work experience combined with professional certifications and/or training may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
One year of experience in half-way house, supervised residential environment and/or corrections management is required.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Supports the program care manager in the day-to-day operations and staffing of the facility.
- Assists in the training, maintenance of competencies and professional development of facility staff.
- Provide supports to client support specialists and client program specialists.
- Ensures client program specialists are working with clients to address criminogenic needs through individualized case planning based upon evidence-based practices.
- Provides supports to client support specialists with security functions and scheduling.
- Provides client program specialist and client support specialist coverage as necessary.
- Assists the manager in the implementation of effective programs and services.
- Assists the manager with gathering data to report on program performance and Quality Assurance goals.
- Possesses the knowledge of key operating systems and standard operating procedures within the facility,
- Supports program care manager in the assurance of program compliance with all Embrave policies, procedures, applicable regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Possesses effective interpersonal and professional communication skills and abilities in conjunction with emotional intelligence.
