Experience the EMBREY WAY by joining our dynamic Investments team as Asset Management Analyst.
As our Asset Management Analyst, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Investment Team, thereby maximizing the efficiency of the team.
Responsibilities
- Provide detailed analysis on individual properties and submarkets, including traffic, leasing, and financial analysis.
- Assist in overseeing a portfolio of assets with an emphasis on determining rents, concessions and ensuring that leasing strategies support the overall asset plan.
- Assist in the creation of annual operating budgets for all assets. Regularly forecast potential distributions and/or capital requirements.
- Develop and distribute weekly and monthly Asset Management reports.
- Complete asset strategy reviews and participate in the execution of the plan.
- Assist in portfolio-wide initiatives to provide improved direction to onsite management teams and create value at the property level.
- Work in conjunction with property management teams to implement asset strategy.
- Help manage relationships with equity partners by providing information and regular updates on each asset.
- Execute special projects as directed by the VP of Investments and Chief Investment Office
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher on Accounting, Finance, Business, or other related field
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
- Effective research skills
- Strong focus on detail and quality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on several demanding tasks simultaneously
- Analytical Mindset
