As a Leasing Manager, you will manage the property’s lease-up and renewal efforts. This includes overseeing marketing, print, and internet advertising sales activities, leasing team members, and other resources to achieve established revenue, occupancy, resident retention, and leasing goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the property’s leasing team members by interviewing, hiring, orienting, and training.
- Direct the property’s marketing, advertising, and sales activities.
- Monitor the day-to-day sales and leasing activities.
- Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy.
- Regularly inspect units for marketability, create mini-models, and use other merchandising techniques to promote the apartment and community to prospective applicants.
Qualifications
- One year of experience as a Leasing Consultant
- CLASS A multi-family experience, preferred
- Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
Required Testing
- Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR
